*season flour with seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder, whatever you like
Shake flour with seasonings in a bag. Slice meat into thin slices and dredge with seasoned flour. Brown meat in oil in saucepan.
Mix all other ingredients in crock pot, then stir in browned meat. Can do this the night before and keep in refrigerator. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low. Serve over rice or noodles.
You can substitute 4 cups sliced onions and peppers for the frozen mix if you prefer.
